Customer satisfaction is important to The Paquin Company. We pride ourselves on the technical assistance offered by our knowledgeable staff, who are happy to guide you through the ordering process. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some non-stock items are subject to significant restock charges imposed by the manufacturer. This may effect your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 440-343-3919 or send an email through our Contact Us page within thirty business days of receipt of the item. A representative will walk you through the process. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and delivery times will be subject to shipping provider date estimates.
At the discretion of The Paquin Company, stock items may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment without charge. However, some exceptions may be made based on order size or for assembled or modified items. Items that carry a factory lead time may be non-cancellable or include a cancellation charge based on the manufacturer’s policy on cancellations.
